Orpheus and Eurydice - Intensives

This month, our major community production Orpheus and Eurydice steps it up a gear with an intensive week of rehearsals during the May half-term.
With over 150 participants from across Bristol, there is a lot of organizing to be done and Hattie de Santis is the person bringing all these moving parts together as the Producer of the show.
She explained the plan so far:
"The Orpheus & Eurydice intensive week is an exciting point in the rehearsal process. All community groups will be rehearsing at Bristol Old Vic.
The groups include Bristol Old Vic’s Adult Company, Community Choir, groups from the Young Company, Young SixSix, a company called Oi Polloi, a South Bristol company called Meadows to Meaders, and Acta who are based in Bedminster.
In the intensive week, we’ll be working on transitions between the scenes which will be chance for the cast to meet each other. We’re hoping to give everyone a sneak peak on stage so they can see where they’re performing!"
In some of the many rehearsals taking place across Bristol, we managed to grab some of the cast and creative team to get a few brief words about what the show is going to be like from their unique perspective.
