Standard Service
We work on a commission basis of 10% plus VAT of your Gross Box Office income.
This would mean on a £10 ticket, we would charge £1.20 commission including VAT, and you would receive the remaining £8.80. Please note the minimum charge per event is £40 plus VAT.
- In-person and phone sales from our box office counter at Bristol Old Vic 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
- Online Sales 24/7 through our website in the “Elsewhere” section in our What’s On Calendar.
- Dedicated web page for your event(s) on Bristol Old Vic’s website.
- Priority Booking Periods
- A range of ticket types (Full Price, Adult, Child, Student, etc.)
- Set up of special offers and discounts
- Once sales are live, one free alteration per event to copy and/or image.
- Customers can choose to collect tickets, receive tickets as e-tickets or through the post (post is charged at £1.00 per booking to the customer)
- Sales analysis, customer data and regular reports, subject to complying with existing and future GDPR data protection laws
- Handling of allocations and mark backs between you, the venue and other agents
- A pre-show email to go to all bookers of your event, reminding them of date, time and venue
- Hand-over of sales on the day for the client and/or the venues to conduct door sales.
Additional Services - POA
- Collection of customer consent to opt in to Client’s mailing list
- Set up of a new reserved seating plan
- Staffed pop-up box office for your event
