Welcome Team - Usher

We are looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our Welcome Team as Ushers for performances in our Theatre and Weston Studio spaces. 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

To deliver an exceptional level of welcome and customer service to our visitors as they attend performances at Bristol Old Vic. You will be responsible for helping audience members find their seats, monitoring health and safety during shows, making merchandise sales and resolving any issues as they arise, reporting to the Duty Manager to ensure performances run smoothly and visitors have a memorable experience.  

INTERVIEWS 

Interview and training dates: You must be available to attend interviews and training in the week commencing 12th October at Bristol Old Vic Theatre. 

AVAILABILITY 

Successful candidates will be able to offer availability to work shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with Bristol Old Vic’s performance schedule.
