Dhruv Ravi
Dhruv Ravi is an American South-Asian actor, producer, and director. His UK professional theatre debut was with Rifco, for 2024's Frankie Goes to Bollywood. Some selected worldwide theatre credits include Romeo in Romeo and Juliet (Rude Grooms, NYC), Babur in Guards at the Taj (Stage West, DFW), and Valentine in The Two Gentlemen of Verona (Shakespeare Dallas). He won Broadway World Dallas’ Best Supporting Actor award in 2022 for his work as Babur, along with the play winning multiple awards including Best Play, Best New Play, and Best Ensemble. He is also the recipient of the UK’s Global Talent Visa for exceptional promise in the field of Theatre and Arts, and currently resides in London.
Dhruv is directing a play set to be taken to the XXII Teatro Dallas International Theater Festival in February, after a London run in January. You can also see his face singing the Pepto Bismol jingle every time your programme cuts to adverts. He trained at LAMDA, and graduated in 2022 from the BA.
