Imogen Downes is a Bristolian director, writer, actor and theatre-maker. She is a graduate of Bristol Old Vic’s Made In Bristol scheme and The Old Vic’s OV Theatre Makers scheme. Her credits include The Star Seekers (Assistant Director, The Wardrobe Ensemble), Witches and Mooncups (Actor, The Old Vic), Carving’s Carnival (Actor/Deviser, Carnifølk), and Beach Baby (Director, WILDERBEAST). In 2018 she was named on Rife Magazine’s 24 Under 24 list for her work in poetry, and her pamphlet We Are Animals, Don’t Forget It is published by Against The Grain Poetry Press.
