Jenny Rainsford

Screen appearances include Emmy, BAFTA, NME and Golden Globe winning Fleabag; About Time and recently Such a Lovely Day which was an official selection for the 2023 London Film Festival. In 2018 she was part of the Gold Derby 'Ensemble of the Decade' in multi Academy Award Winning The Favourite.  Further work for screen includes Prometheus; Persuasion; Call the Midwife; Showtrail; Law and Order; Coffee Wars; Finding Joy; Death of a Farmer and The Smoke.

For theatre she has performed in three seasons at Stratford Upon Avon for the RSC (Ivy Tiller; The Tempest; Love for Love; Queen Anne)  in addition to work with Headlong (The Seagull), The Royal Court, (No Quarter)  Sheffield Theatres/ The Bush (Straight), The Arcola (The Rivals), The Orange Tree (The Double Dealer),The Almeida (Daddy) and in the West End (The Windsors).

 She is currently co-writer on a forthcoming film in development with RSA Films.
