Miles Chambers

Miles is a leading and popular poetic cultural commentator. An International performance poet, slam champion, playwright and broadcaster, he almost stole the show at mayor Marvin Rees’ official swearing-in ceremony at the M Shed with a dramatic rendition of a poem written especially for the occasion, Bristol, Bristol. On the spot, Marvin named his friend Miles Bristol’s first city poet laureate.
