Tim Phillips

Tim works with Marc Teitler developing original musicals.

For Bristol Old Vic: Juliet and her Romeo (with Marc Teitler); The Grinning Man (with Marc Teitler)

Independently, Tim has written the music for many screen productions including Roald Dahl's Esio Trot (BBC1); Jericho (ITV); Agatha Christie's Partners in Crime (BBC1); Entourage (HBO); Delete (Syfy Channel); Talk To Me (ITV); Instinct (ITV) and nine series of Shameless (C4, with Murray Gold).

Selected stage credits include Dragon (National Theatre of Scotland/Vox Motus/Tianjin People's Art Theatre of China); Rabbit Hole (Hampstead Theatre); Silence (Filter/RSC/Hampstead Theatre); Water (Filter/Lyric Hammersmith); A Doll's House (Donmar Warehouse); The Secret Rapture (West End, with Marc Teitler); Playing the Victim (Royal Court) and Faster (Filter/BAC).

Tim trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He is Co-Artistic Director of Filter Theatre.
