Birthday Family Day
It’s our birthday! Join us on Tue 30 May as our Birthday Family Day takes over the building.
In honour of turning 257, our Heritage Team will be bringing you a day of fun, family friendly activities, to help you explore 257 years of theatre magic.
From 11am to 3pm, there will be crafts, trails, workshops and more. All ages are welcome, and activities are free of charge, but workshops can be booked in advance.

Join us for an all-singing adventure as we explore our voices in a fun and interactive workshop.
Storytelling Workshop

12:30 — 1:30pm
Join us for an interactive storytelling workshop perfect for little ones. Our fantastic story makers will take children on a magical journey. By the end of the workshop, we will have created and performed a brand-new story together.
Family Trail
