BUILDING SOLIDARITY IN TIMES OF FEAR
Interconnected struggles for justiceFrom attacks on welfare, to the Rwanda Bill, and restrictions on our rights to protest, often our response to hostile policies is individual fear – it keeps us quiet and makes us ill. We urgently need shared understanding of the interconnected struggles for migrant justice and disability justice, and collective solidarity against policies designed to terrorise and disable people.
Come join us to share experiences, hear about local and national actions, and to nurture and build solidarity. This session will be an informal conversation accompanying Museum of Austerity, between Deaths by Welfare(Healing Justice Ldn), and the Disability and Migration Network, including NSUN, DPAC, Bristol Defend Asylum Seekers and Migration Mobility Bristol. Everyone is welcome.
This workshop is free but please book your place in advance. Spaces are limited.
This workshop will have a BSL interpreter.
