Welcome to Date My Mate, where a friend takes to the spotlight to pitch you to a room full of singles. Their tool of choice? A PowerPoint presentation of course! It’s then over to you to mingle in the breaks, and ask the all-important question, ‘to date or not to date'.
Whether you’re the main character or just here for the drama, this is your chance to meet people the old-fashioned way, well... somewhat.
We’ve teamed up with Left Handed Giant, so your £5 ticket includes your first drink. Nothing beats a bit of liquid courage from your favourite local brewery...

Presenter: You’ll have 2 minutes and a PowerPoint to make the case for why your single friend is a great catch. Presenting a woman? Choose the 'Female Presenter' ticket type. Presenting a man? Choose the 'Male Presenter' ticket type.
- Standard: Whether you're the pal being pitched or a single person looking for a date, grab yourself a 'Standard' ticket and get ready to enjoy the pitches.
PLEASE NOTE
- Presenters will be asked to submit their presentations in advance of the event. To ensure we offer a varied mix of presentations, only a selection of presenters will be invited to pitch on the night. We’ll let you know either way if you have been selected to pitch your pal.
