Fossil Family Day
A day of dino-mite free activitiesJoin us on Monday 23rd October for our Fossil Family Day.
In honour of our half-term show, The Colour of Dinosaurs, come and join the Bristol Old Vic Heritage team in unearthing the past, and leave your mark on history.
Think fossils, behind the scenes sneak peaks and hidden trails.
There will be crafts, tours, workshops and more. All ages are welcome and activities are free of charge, but tours and workshops can be booked in advance.

Join us for a drop-in workshop perfect for little ones. Use your body, your voice, and your imagination to become a dinosaur.
📍 Family Trail
Building-wide, 11am – 3pm.
Find clues hidden around the building in an exclusive trail.
🖍️ Crafts
Dais, 11am – 3pm.
Make your own fossils in a special drop-in craft activity.
👑 Dress Up
Balcony, 11am – 3pm.
Get into character in our dressing room corner!
