A message from Kneehigh:
The recent surge in cases of COVID-19 in the UK is sobering news and there is an urgent need for us all to re-double our efforts to stop the virus spreading. Following government guidelines is part of how we do this, but individually and collectively we need to take responsibility to keep each other safe. As such, it is with great regret that we have decided to cancel CLOG DANCING IN GWEEK.
Whilst audiences continue to enjoy theatre from the safety and comfort of their homes, many members of Kneehigh company and crew would have been gathering, socially-distanced, to create this magical evening of beauty and fun. This no longer feels responsible.
Those who have booked tickets will be contacted and issued with a refund as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for further Kneehigh news in 2021.

Hello! Colin Pickering here! Some of you might remember me from my infamous lecture tour of Cornish village halls 10 years ago when I was held hostage by two ne’er-do-wells and almost blown up by their exploding saffron-bun bomb-bra!
Well, I’m over that now. And I’m back in business with my new live show, CLOG DANCING IN GWEEK. Each month I unearth a jewel of Cornish culture—Goonhilly Earth Station, Flambards Theme Park, that bit of clifftop that Ross Poldark keeps galloping up and down... I couldn’t believe my luck when my favourite theatre company, The Kneehigh, agreed to let me into their secret rehearsal grotto!
Join Colin Pickering as he lifts the lid on all things Kneehigh. The history! The mystery! Frolics and fireworks! Music and mayhem! Silly surprises and interactive insanity! And maybe even a special guest or two... all from the comfort of your own home. A guaranteed winter warmer.

Start time – The virtual ‘doors open’ time will be at 7pm, half an hour before the show time. As these shows are fully live, make sure you’re connected a few minutes ahead of the start time so you're ready when the show begins.

Waiver – This production will embrace and celebrate the spontaneity of live streaming. However if Kneehigh is unable to stream Clog Dancing in Gweek on the night, for whatever reason, they will endeavour to offer the production to you free of charge at a later date (possibly as a show available to watch on-demand). If they are unable to reschedule, then they shall offer a full refund.
