Young Company Summer School: Ages 11-14
11–14 year olds: Monday 5th to Friday 9th August 10am-4pm
Be a part of this year’s summer school and explore the eclectic genre of Cabaret!
We will be interrogating what cabaret is, was, and has the potential to become! If we could create our own, what would that look like?
We will create original music with a focus on choral singing and develop our own original choreography. We will explore drag performance and develop some characters/personas to explore what it means to ‘host’ a show. As a cabaret company we will decide which acts we put in our final performance and programme our own variety show to share at the end of our week together.
