Register with Nimbus for a FREE Digital Access Pass to Bristol Old Vic or a paid-for Access Pass that you can use at events and venues around the UK.
Registering with Nimbus is our preferred method for Access Customers to let us know about their access needs and, if you opt for the paid-for version means our Customers can more easily access events and venues across the UK. Nimbus provides a consistent level of validation, meaning that our access tickets are being used effectively by those who require access facilities.
Once registered, your Access Card or FREE Digital Access Pass will last for three years. Both can be used to purchase access tickets for Bristol Old Vic events online, in-person or over the phone.

What's the benefit of Nimbus?
By partnering with Nimbus, we're better able to fully understand the access requirements of our customers and provide reasonable adjustments, such as access to certain seating and essential companion tickets.
Nimbus is a Social Enterprise that has received international recognition for operating the Access Card Scheme. Nimbus is run by, and for, disabled people. The system offers greater privacy, as disabled people with access requirements will no longer need to carry supporting documents or explain circumstances to staff. You’ll only need to supply information once to the Nimbus team, who can then issue you with an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass reference number - depending on which route you choose when signing up.
What is the difference between an Access Card and a Bristol Old Vic Digital Access Pass?
The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirement with organisations and ticketing systems in the UK and beyond.
There are two choices:
- Access Cards are £15 for three years. You receive a physical card which you can used at thousands of events at venues across the UK with no need to provide your access requirements each time you visit a new venue. You can view the Access Card directory here: www.accesscard.online/find-a-provider
- A Bristol Old Vic only Digital Access Pass is FREE. The application process is the same but instead of a physical card, you'll get a confirmation email with your Digital Access Pass number. It lasts for three years and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point.
How do I Link my Access Card or Bristol Old Vic Digital Access Pass Number to my Bristol Old Vic account?
When your application has been processed successfully, Nimbus will provide you with a unique Access Pass number via email which you can then use to link your access needs into our system.
You can quickly link your Digital Access Pass, and if you don't have a Bristol Old Vic account our clever system will create one for you. You then log in via the "forgotten my password" button.
After you have done this we simply pull through your requirements directly from Nimbus. When booking tickets online, seats associated to your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans, where there is availability for those seats.
Can I get Support to Register?
Yes! If you are not able to use online forms Nimbus will be assist you with registration over the phone on 0330 808 5108.
Already have The Nimbus Access Card? There is no need to re-register, just log in or create and account and submit your Access Pass number.
