Stu Mcloughlin

Stu trained at the Royal Welsh college of Music and Drama. He won a Carleton Hobbs Radio Bursary award and subsequently spent 6 months working for the BBC as part of the radio drama company.

Theatre: London Calling (Salisbury Playhouse); Peter Pan (Bristol Old Vic); The Odyssey (Bristol Old Vic/Lyric Hammersmith); Coram Boy (National Theatre); A Matter of Life And Death (National Theatre/ Kneehigh); Brief Encounter (Kneehigh West End/ USA tour); Suspension (Bristol Old Vic); The Wild Bride (Kneehigh Asylum/ UK tour/ Berkely Rep/ New Zealand International Arts Festival)

Television: The Lost Honour, Waking The Dead, Little Dorritt, Trevor Island and Clone.

Film: Elizabeth:The Golden Age, The Deep Blue Sea and Made In Dagenham.

He is also the Musical Director and Composer for Shanty Theatre Company, and has composed music for Smugglers, Rebel Harbour, A Rat's Tale and The Salty Socks of Dunkirk.
