FERMENT FORUM & DRAMATURGS NETWORK MEET UP
Bristol Old Vic are partnering up with Dramaturgs’ Network to host a South-West theatre-makers and dramaturgs introductory meet up, facilitated by Emily LeQuesne (dramaturg, theatre maker, writer and lecturer who is also on the board for Dramaturgs’ Network).
This is a chance for members of both organisations to meet, get to know each other, talk about their work, and find new collaborators.
In the first half of the meet up, each dramaturg and each creator will have a chance to introduce themselves. In the second half, everyone will have the opportunity to chat casually and discuss anything that sparked their interest in the first half over tea and coffee.

Bursaries
There is a small reserve to help towards travel/childcare/specific support for those who would otherwise be prevented from attending.
To express interest in a bursary, please email bristolferment@bristololdvic.org.uk. Simply state your name and whether the bursary would be required for travel, childcare or ‘other need’ (e.g. specific disability support). We will confirm any bursary offers after event booking closes (on Weds 10 January).
If you would like to be involved but aren’t available that day or don’t live within reach of Bristol, we invite you to submit a paragraph about yourself and your work, along with any links to websites or social media accounts.
Please send this information in an email to bristolferment@bristololdvic.org.uk. We will then share this with the Dramaturgs Network so that their members can get to know you.
Booking for this event will close at midnight on Wednesday 10th January 2024.
Bursary confirmations will follow shortly after (we will contact bursary applicants directly).
