Young Company Sessions
Weekday groups begin: w/c Mon 27 Apr
No session (Bank Holiday): Mon 4 May
Half Term (no sessions): w/c Mon 25 May
Last session (excl. Mon sessions): w/c Mon 6 Jul

Information about Young Company Summer Term Sessions
- Due to the Bank Holiday on Mon 4 May, this session will be missed, and instead there will be an additional session on Mon 13 Jul.
- Young Company sessions Year 3–4 and above will be delivered in person at Bristol Old Vic, in groups of up to 25 or 30 young people.
- Year 1–2 will be delivered as one group of 25.
- Year 9 will be delivered as one group of 25.
- Tuesday Year 10–11 sessions will be delivered as one group of 25.
- Early Years (3–5s) sessions will be delivered with up to 20 young people in a group.
- Early Years (3–5s) sessions will be sold as two separate terms (Summer Term 1 & Summer Term 2).
How to book a Young Company place online
- If you are booking for someone other than yourself online, please ensure you book under the participant’s name, not your own.
- If you are booking in multiple participants, please complete a separate booking for each. If you have a sibling attending another session, you can select the ‘sibling discount’ price for each participant.
- If sessions fully sell out, please contact the Engagement team to be added to the waiting list for that session.

Fees and Bursaries
We have a limited number of bursary grants that are available in cases of genuine hardship for anyone who will struggle to pay Young Company fees. Bursaries should be applied for when booking opens on Wed 18 Feb at 10am.
Applying for a bursary means we automatically reserve you a space for Young Company, so you do not need to make a paid booking in addition to your bursary application, and you will have the option to buy your reserved place if your bursary application is not successful.
In order to allocate bursary places as fairly as possible, we will initially prioritise applicants who are in receipt of free school meals. Please note that we will contact your school to confirm this information. Please visit the Fees & Bursaries page to download a bursary application form.
Bursary applications for Summer Term will be accepted between Wed 18 Feb at 10am and Wed 1 April. When a Young Company session has reached capacity we will not accept bursary places for that session.
Please send the application form in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
